The Third Amendment

"No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law."




This is another self eplanatory right and is hard to take any other way than what it states. It is protecting and ensuring our right to be secure in our possions as perscribed in another amendment.
